This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

Paterson is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Paterson follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Listen you better come for lunch the lunch meals r definitely worth it. Reasonably priced, plentiful and flavorful. I have enough left to feed me for four more days I will freeze the portions individually. I had the lamb hashwa, was plentiful and Not greasy and it came with two sides I opted for vegetarian stuffed grape leaves (they're cold fyi) and fattouch salad. There were other sides available like babaghaough, hummus, and lentil soup. The salad was well seasoned. I would definitely come back as there are so many things I want to try. I tried the kishk pie it's light. The young man serving me was very polite and kind and made me feel like family. I love places that make u feel like you're with family rather than staff. The restaurant itself is cute and on the corner where u can people watch thru the big bright windows.

Today, I ordered on Doordash lamb liver for lunch, and it was honestly the worst thing I have ever eaten in my life. The dish was completely filled with huge, coarsely sliced onions, with barely any liver in it. I also ordered a half grilled chicken with rice, and I have never tasted anything worse. The chicken was incredibly gamey (mznkh) with absolutely no flavor or seasoning whatsoever, and the rice tasted exactly like hospital food. It was a complete waste of money."

Nouri Restaurant is an absolute hit—every single dish we tried was amazing. The hummus topped with meat and almonds was incredibly creamy and full of flavor. The drinks were super refreshing and paired perfectly with the food. The lahmajun is a must-try, easily a 10/10. The falafel was crispy, fresh, and so delicious, and the soujook plate had just the right amount of heat. From the vegetarian grape leaves to the fried kibbe balls, everything was spot on. Highly recommend visiting—thank me later!
